AUDREY HEPBURN INSPIRED CAT EYE TUTORIAL

I grew up watching old movies…. My mom and I used to go to library to rent them! One of my favourites was How to Steal a Million with Audrey Hepburn – she wears custom Givenchy for the entire movie and her makeup is so gorgeous and on point, even today. I mean, who hasn’t looked longingly at Audrey’s big brown eyes and full, straight brows?

For those of us with less than full brows and smaller eyes, the look can be a little bit difficult to recreate. I am not a fan of Instagram brows on myself, so finding Burberry’s Full Brows water-based, precise brush-liner was a gamechanger. I went for a more modern and subtle version of Audrey’s cat eye look here (again, the calligraphy-inspired Cat Eye Liner is so helpful), so that you can wear it out day or night. Enjoy!

Love this look on you! I found seeing you draw the cat eye on helpful, as I can never get this quite right. Would you recommend the Burberry brow pencil/powder over other brow products you have used? As for the different camera, I think I prefer this one (Sony), but I really couldn’t tell too much of a difference other than the great close up that you did.

Thanks for your feedback, appreciate it! I love the Burberry brow because it gives a really subtle hair-like stroke as opposed to the stronger pencil or powder that some other ones do. And if you need more coverage, you can fill in with the wax-powder. I would definitely recommend it!
