Headed to New York for NYFW 2017 with Dyson Hair for a last minute trip. I wasn’t planning on going to fashion week since A and I are actually living in NYC for a month at the end of September (!). It was a quick, whirlwind trip and so much fun. We got to go backstage before the Brock Collection show and see Dyson hairstylist James Pecis work his magic. The collection itself was absolutely beautiful (it had me dreaming about wedding party dresses! Should I?!).
We were then whisked off to the Dyson Supersonic pop up in Union Square for a hair touch up (much needed after shooting in the wind) and then headed into Brooklyn for Refinery 29’s 29Rooms party where we hung out with Jake Gyllenhaal (just kidding… but he was there!). The theme this year was “Turn It Into Art,” with 29 interactive rooms – one was a silent disco, one was a gender neutral high school bathroom, and there were some collaborations with Emma Roberts and Planned Parenthood. All in all, an unforgettable trip!

why are you moving to nyc for a month? where will you live there?

We’re heading there for my fiance’s work and will stay in an airbnb for the month!
