Lately I’ve been feeling a little… off.. about my body. It happens with every woman, some more than others, and for various reasons, but inevitably there will be some insecurity that springs up with the female body. I tell you this not because I want you to bombard me with compliments. Honestly, no one but myself can make me feel better. I tell you only because I want you to know that just because I post photos numerous times per week, I am not immune to the criticisms and insecurities that come with being a woman.

So what have I been doing to respond to this “offness”? Run. I run fast and hard and I love it. I run with my dogs in the rain or shine and it makes me feel amazing. I’m also heading to Florida in 2 weeks so thinking about being in a bikini so soon always makes me run a little faster.

How do you guys deal with body issues?

I’m with you. Sometimes I feel off about my body as well, but like you, I run! It’s a great way to release some energy and I always feel better after!
