I am always on the lookout for a casual cool dress that is super comfortable and can be dressed up or down. Bonus points if it’s winter white. At first I thought this one was a little pirate-esque (never a good look unless it’s Halloween right?) but I kind of fell in love with the soft, boho vibe.
